Inaugural Witches Walk Launches West Hants Harvest Jamboree In Windsor

Dozens of residents dressed in pointed hats and capes gathered in downtown Windsor to take part in the town’s first Witches Walk. The costumed parade marked the official opening of the 2026 Hants Harvest and Pumpkin Jamboree.

Participants of all ages wound through the business district before heading toward the waterfront parks. Organizers launched the event to kick off October festivities and draw shoppers to independent downtown storefronts. The broader festival schedule continues this week with pumpkin carving contests, agricultural demonstrations, and family entertainment across West Hants.
