Man Charged Following Indecent-Act Reports on Cole Harbour Trails

COLE HARBOUR — A man has been arrested following reports from women who encountered a man allegedly committing indecent acts on trails in the Cole Harbour area.

RCMP say one incident occurred August 21 near Circassion Drive and Forest Hills Parkway. A second woman reported a similar encounter two days later on a trail near Chameau Crescent and Forest Hills Parkway.

Following patrols and an effort to identify the suspect, police made an arrest. The accused is expected to appear in Dartmouth provincial court in November.

Investigators believe there could be additional witnesses or victims and are asking anyone with information to contact Halifax District RCMP.
