Halifax Man Faces Multiple Theft Charges Following Spring Garden Road Arrest

HALIFAX — A 46-year-old man is facing numerous charges as Halifax Regional Police investigate a series of alleged retail thefts.

Police were called to the Lululemon store at 5445 Spring Garden Road on September 4 following a reported attempted theft. Officers located and arrested a man at the scene.

Investigators allege the same man was involved in other thefts from the retailer during the past year.

Police say the accused faces 10 counts each of theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, along with 10 alleged breaches of a probation order. The investigation is continuing.
